I met Shauna Martin after contacting Martin Law, LLC, to assist me with two auto accidents and trying to get retribution for pain and suffering in the matters. I used Jeff previously in a lawsuit for my mom when he was at a large law office. He was great and I really enjoyed working with him. When my Dad passed away due to negligence and wrongful death from a nursing home, there was only one attorney I needed to help me and that was Jeff. Jeffrey took the time to find a video of automobile accident I was involved in. One that the police failed to provide me with. I was knocked unconscious and lost my wife during the accident, I had no memory of it. I was told that the accident was my fault. I was filled with grief and sorrow. Several months after the accident I received a call from Jeffrey informing me that he received a video of the accident and that I was not responsible for the collision. Thanks to Jeffrey my mind is at ease and he is holding those responsible for the collision accountable.

I was a victim of medical negligence by two chiropractors and an internist who supposedly specialized in cases of neck pain. I was gradually getting worse as the three of them treated me and failed to listen to my complaints. As my condition was worsening, they continued to manipulate my neck two to three times a week for nearly a year. Due to the lack of getting the proper treatment and the time it took for me to get the proper treatment, I have a severe case of cervical spinal stenosis so advanced it had left me at the brink of being a paraplegic. Today, I have numbness from my chest down to my feet, numbness in both hands, and I walk with a cane. Due to my condition, I am not able to work.
